On the ground floor, a living room with a two-sided fireplace has been designed, perfect for long winter evenings or summer &quot;sittings&quot; on the terrace by the roofed grill. A bright kitchen combined with a dining room will meet the needs of every housewife. The dining room will fit a quite large table. On the ground floor, there are also practical storage rooms and places for built-in wardrobes and an independent utility room.<br \/>\nThe attic contains three bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate small bathing area. On the garden side, the master bedroom has a dormer with a balcony \u2013 creating a full-height room.<br \/>\nThe Z3 house design is available in several versions: with a bay window in the dining room, with a built-in arcade. For people who have cars, we have provided the possibility of adding a garage or a carport. All house designs are available in a mirror image version.
