House Project Zosia 6<\/strong> is another variant version of the popular single-family house design from the "Zosia" series - this time a version of the house with a garage in the building and a boiler room behind the garage. House Project Zosia 6<\/strong> is a slightly larger variant version of the original design - its external dimensions are 13 x 9.7 meters. House Zosia 6<\/strong> it has a simple and uncomplicated body and construction. Thanks to its economical form and its simplicity, it is easy to build, and therefore inexpensive. At the same time, it is functional and one hundred percent meets the requirements of a comfortable apartment for a family of four. The house was covered with a gable roof with an angle of 30 degrees.<\/p>\n

Above the ground floor, there is a truss structure made of lattice trusses. Light items can be stored in the attic by ladder stairs. As an alternative, you can modify the roof truss into a wooden beam ceiling and rafter roof truss and turn the attic into a small attic.<\/p>\n

We enter the house through the vestibule with a large wardrobe to the hall and living room. On the sides, near the entrance, there are children's bedrooms, deeper we have a living space - with a kitchen separated by a fireplace and TV wall, and a living room with a corner for leisure furniture and a place for a dining table. Next, the parents' bedroom is slightly separated from the rest of the interior. From the hall there is a bathroom and a toilet accessible from the corridor, and further, behind the double doors, a garage and a boiler room. The boiler room in the project is designed as a gas boiler room, but it can be easily converted into a solid fuel boiler room.<\/p>\n

The design of the Zosia 6 house - taking into account the small usable area - is very functional and has an extensive program of rooms. There is no wasted space here - everything is arranged logically and practically. The house has an unpretentious and eye-pleasing style. The building will fit well both in the suburbs and in the countryside, among looser buildings. A definite advantage of the "Zosia" series houses is their simplicity and functionality, which translates into the maximum effect of the investment obtained for little money. We try to design each subsequent version of the house in this series even better and more sensibly.<\/p>\n

The Zosia 6 house is designed as energy-saving, very well insulated.
