Designed for individualists who value comfort and unconventional solutions. The whole is based on a circular plan and covered with a simple dome made of traditional tiles. Although the round house will certainly arouse interest, its body line is not flashy, and subdued architectural details break the geometry of the circle shape.<\/p>\n<p>On the ground floor there is a large comfortable kitchen, dining room and living room. In addition, a large bathroom and a spacious vestibule. Also on the ground floor there is an office adjacent to the living room. Wide, glass doors lead from the kitchen and living room straight to the backyard terrace. The stairs to the upper floor were placed centrally. The project provides for heating with a heat pump with recuperation.<\/p>\n<p>On the first floor there is a leisure area with four bedrooms (including one with its own bathroom) and three balconies and an additional bathroom.<br \/>\n<strong>Orbis<\/strong> is a great choice for a family of five open to original solutions. Masonry technology: Walls in the YTONG Energo system (ground floor brick 48 cm + 24 cm mineral wool, attic brick 24 cm + 24 cm mineral wool). The floor on the ground floor is insulated with mineral wool with a thickness of 20 cm. The ceiling of the first floor is insulated with mineral wool 40 cm.
