The AWOKADO 3 house design is a dream come true of your own home<\/strong>. Thanks to its simple shape, it somewhat resembles a modern barn, but the entire external arrangement is definitely based on perfectly composed elements in a traditional style with a hint of modernity. The house will easily meet the housing needs of a family of 4-5 people and can be included in the category of medium-sized single-family buildings.<\/p>\n

Simple construction of the house - saving money
\n<\/strong>An uncomplicated body and a gable roof will additionally reduce the cost of the investment and shorten the construction time. The AWOKADO 3 house design complies with the new building standards. Its great advantage is high energy efficiency, obtained through the use of thick walls made of the highest quality materials. The house was designed on a rectangular plan and is covered with a gable roof. A bright fa\u00e7ade, wooden panels in a natural shade and details in the form of architectural concrete slabs create a very eye-pleasing composition, which is complemented by light gray tiles.<\/p>\n

Practical functional program
\n<\/strong>The design of the house uses a clear division of space into day and night zones. After entering our AVOCADO 3, we will find ourselves in a vestibule with space for a capacious wardrobe. Going further, we will see a beautiful, spacious living room combined with an open kitchen. The extension of the daily zone is a covered terrace, which of course can be accessed from the living room. The living room can accommodate a comfortable set of lounge furniture and a large dining table, which will partially separate the kitchen space.<\/p>\n

What does the kitchen offer?
\n<\/strong>Certainly, the right amount of space for kitchen countertops, as well as a separate, lockable pantry, enabling the storage of countless food products and preserves. The advantage of the kitchen is also its location in such a way that the windows overlook part of the yard from the front.<\/p>\n

Night and economic zone
\n<\/strong>The night zone of the house consists of three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom also has access to a private dressing room and its own bathroom. All bedrooms are very spacious and will provide space not only for rest, but also for work.
