With its optimal functional program, it is an ideal house for a family of 4 people who value the comfort of using single-story houses. The clear functional layout is divided into an open living area, a comfortable private zone and an optimal utility area. The spacious living area is a living room with a dining room, opening onto the garden through huge glazing, a kitchen with a pantry and a toilet. The night part has 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large boiler room accessible from the garage, the parameters of which allow the installation of a boiler for any type of fuel, including solid fuel. This optimal and interesting functional program was included in a simple T-shaped body, covered with a multi-slope roof.
