It is a design of a single-storey building, with a T-shaped body, covered with gable roofs, with a two-car garage set back from the front of the house - thanks to which we get a large front yard, and with a garden elevation with a spacious covered terrace that is an extension of the living room. The building was designed for a 3-5-person family who want to live comfortably on the ground floor, enjoy contact with the garden and not run up and down the stairs all the time. The house is suitable for plots with a garden at the back, or from the side elevation - from the side. The architecture of the building is modern and simple, reminiscent of Scandinavian or northern European bungalows. The front of the house is diversified by a corner window of the room and, above all, representative entrance doors with a sidelight under the roof of the entrance platform. The ascetic colors used are very modern and original. Great match of white walls, window frames, and gray foundation and standing seam sheet metal roofing. All these elements give the house an interesting and distinctive effect. From the garden side - from the rear and side elevations, the main role is played by beautiful glazing of the rooms, roofed terrace, and the L-shaped terraces themselves. The house has a minimalist style, but this is what distinguishes it and makes it unique. The interior of the building is divided into three zones: in the central part of the plan we have a general living space, on the left side a garage and utility part, and on the right side - bedrooms with a back room. We enter the house from the covered entrance platform through wide, lighted doors to a spacious vestibule with a cloakroom and then to the hall spatially connected with the living room and kitchen. The kitchen in this project is open to the living room and the garden. The living room with a void above the ceiling up to the roof ridge is a very nice room with a large cubic capacity. From the hall, through the corridor, we go to the private part, where we will find 4 rooms, including a master bedroom with a double wardrobe. The whole of this part is complemented by a large bathroom, toilet and a room for a washing machine, dryer and laundry baskets. In the utility part, we will find a large two-car garage, with a storage room, and a boiler room. Over the majority of the ground floor, an attic space was designed - a storage room for "extra" household items, accessible from the ladder stairs from the hall. The house is designed very simply in terms of construction. Masonry and concrete works end with the tie beams above the ground floor walls. Then the remaining structure is a system of prefabricated wooden trusses, creating a ceiling above the ground floor, and a roof truss. This solution greatly simplifies construction, speeds it up - and above all reduces costs. The house was designed as energy-efficient, with good insulation and modern installations. The building is easy and quick to build and will be inexpensive in later use. This is an excellent proposition for investors who want a single-storey, comfortable and economical house.
