Orkan house design<\/strong>\u00a0is a modern and comfortable proposition\u00a0city villa<\/strong>. It combines the features of a two-story house with a single-story house.\u00a0Single-family house<\/strong>\u00a0storey with a usable area of 178.05 m22<\/sup>\u00a0(cube 983 m3<\/sup>) is intended for 4-5 residents. The house is topped with a multi-slope roof. The Orkan house design can be implemented on a plot with minimum dimensions: 21.07 x 22.41 m.<\/p>\n

Architecture of the Orkan project<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Orkan house design<\/strong>\u00a0has an original form and style. By moving the main two-story core of the building back, we obtained a more fragmented shape of the house, closer to a human scale. He introduced this procedure into the architecture of the project\u00a0proper proportions and scale<\/strong>. The silhouette of the building was designed by introducing contrasting fragments of light and dark walls.\u00a0Large window glazing<\/strong>\u00a0and balcony doors illuminate the interior well. The interior strongly blends with the surrounding garden.<\/p>\n

The interior of the Orkan house<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The interior of the house includes a convenient layout of rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor. After entering through the main door, there is a large wardrobe for outerwear in the hall. On the ground floor there is an open living area, a hall with beautifully exposed stairs, a kitchen and a rare solution - two additional rooms.\u00a0Very convenient<\/strong>, two-car garage has a direct connection to the hall and boiler room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The floors are connected by a stair opening with a two-story wall - gallery and an additional void above the dining room with a mezzanine on the first floor. It is worth remembering that the void can be filled by adding another room on the first floor.
