The simple, modernly finished body is topped with a gable roof, which has a positive impact on the economics of implementation. The main entrance was practically shielded from rain and snow and accentuated with concrete cladding. Residents of &quot;House w Kostrzewy 3&quot; have at their disposal a cozy terrace with a pergola, which enlarges the house&#039;s relaxation space and can be used to arrange a summer dining room. The living area has wide terrace glazing, thanks to which the interior looks modern and connects seamlessly with the garden. In the living room, a corner sofa invites you to relax with your family and watch your favorite movie. Through the dining room we go to the kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar, high built-in furniture and a comfortable worktop at the corner window. The functional program of the kitchen is complemented by a pantry. The night zone is a space conducive to silence and rest, clearly separated from the living area of the house. There are two children&#039;s rooms with access to the garden and a parents&#039; bedroom with a private dressing room.
