It has a compact shape, a projection in the form of the letter L. The roof structure is formed by the regular geometry of a multi-pitched roof with equal angles of inclination of the roof slopes of 30\u00ba. The ridge is parallel to the front elevation and does not exceed 7m from the ground level in front of the entrance. The building elevation proposed here will be plastered, with elements of stone cladding, wooden joinery, and the roof covering with ceramic tiles in two shades. It is a modern single-storey house for one family, with a two-car garage in the body of the building. It is possible to implement it without a garage or to move the garage away from the building. The roof truss is adapted to the installation of photovoltaic panels. The entire building will be equipped with an electrical installation in the scope of lighting and plug sockets and electric underfloor heating, water and sewage installation and photovoltaic installations according to a separate study. A flow water heater is planned. It is possible to connect to a domestic sewage treatment plant or a sealed tank for liquid waste. A boiler room will be separated with the possibility of cooperation with a heat pump and solar cells.
