The house has a simple shape and structure. It is easy to build and cheap in future use. Thanks to the use of very good insulation and modern installations, Biedronka is an energy-efficient building. The external appearance is a combination of modernity with a traditional form. Modern finishing materials and architectural details are combined here with the traditional form of a single-storey house on a rectangular plan, with a gable roof. The front and garden elevations have been diversified with roofed arcades and wooden wall cladding. The original roof covered with sheet metal on a seam can be easily replaced with roof tiles or metal roof tiles. The interior of the house is available in two versions: a variant with access to the attic through pull-out ladder stairs, and a variant with stairs to the attic. In both versions, we get to the top of the unused attic - the loft, which can be freely adapted, as a storage room, or as a utility room. The ground floor of the house consists of a living area with a living room, kitchen and hall, and two bedrooms with a bathroom. There is a gas boiler room by the vestibule, which can easily be changed to a boiler room with a solid fuel furnace. Despite its small area, the house has a spacious and comfortable interior. Biedronka is a year-round building, it can also be used as a holiday home. The simple and easy construction will allow you to save on construction costs. Biedronka is certainly a proposal for a sensible customer. The project is available in a version without a garage, but it is very easy to design a garage on the side of the house, by the bedrooms.
