It is small and meets the requirements of the MDM program. The building is based on a rectangular plan with a protruding part of the living room and kitchen. The whole thing is covered with a multi-slope roof. The house is suitable for a narrow plot, especially for a plot with entrance from the south. By directing the windows of the living area and bedroom to the side elevation and partially to the front of the house, even on a plot with an unfavorable orientation to the cardinal directions, the interior will be well lit. The external appearance of the house is created by modern materials and solutions, interestingly placed windows, arcades, corner windows, wall cladding, and a varied roof. The whole is complemented by a functional interior of the house. A single-space living interior, with a living room with a seating and dining area, an open kitchen and a hall, opens through large glazing to the corner terrace surrounding the house. Inside the house there are rooms for the household members - three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. From the vestibule we go to the garage and the boiler room. Stairs from the hall lead us to the attic, which can be converted into an attic. In the living room there is space for separate walls: a fireplace and a TV wall, a fabulous opening to the garden through a corner window, and an exit to the covered terrace. The house has a simple structure and a compact shape.
