A big advantage is its economical, shapely shape with a simple gable roof. The subdued colors of the facade and stone elements incorporated into the fa\u00e7ade gave the traditional-style building a modern look. White wooden shutters decorating the house give it a cozy character.<br \/>\nThe covered entrance to the building leads to a hall with a space for a built-in wardrobe. The main room of a typical Paulinka design is a large, spacious living room integrally connected to the kitchen and dining room, which can accommodate a large table. A fireplace located in the central point of the house will not only warm the house in winter, but also give a romantic atmosphere in the evenings. The door from the living room allows direct access to the outside, which is a perfect solution in the summer to relax in the garden and enjoy the sun. On the ground floor, there is also a large, comfortable bedroom for parents, with space for a large wardrobe. Next to the bedroom there is a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub.<br \/>\nThe stairs located in the living room lead to the attic, where two smaller rooms have been designed. They can be arranged as an office and home library or as children's rooms where they will feel at ease.<br \/>\nThe Paulinka project is an attractive and optimal proposition for people looking for a warm and comfortable home.
