The main part of the house is a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace, connected to a large kitchen and dining room. If necessary, the rooms can be separated with a partition wall. Another advantage is an intimately located office with a small bathroom, which can also be used as a guest room. In the further part of the building there is a separate night zone with three bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. The simple design allows for almost any interior arrangement by moving the partition walls.<br \/>\nIN <strong>Julia Z195<\/strong> a densely ribbed ceiling was planned above the first floor. This will allow you to later adapt the attic into additional living quarters or conveniently use the space as an attic.
