The optimal angle of the roof and a higher knee wall allow the attic to be converted into 3 rooms and a comfortable bathroom.<br \/>\nAnother advantage is the dimensions of the house (over 120 m2). The functional solution of the room layout ensures that each m2 is optimally used. The house has everything in its place: a hall with space for a spacious wardrobe and even a dressing room, a toilet with space for a washing machine and a shower, a large pantry with access from the kitchen and a charming bay window to the dining room. The utility room is located in an optimal place so that the house has one chimney, thus reducing construction costs.<br \/>\nIn the attic there are three rooms with one shared bathroom.
