A gable roof, a terrace over the garage, clinker on the facade and large glazing are the external elements of the house emphasizing its modern character.<br \/>\nThe house was designed on a rectangular plan with an open living space on the ground floor. The kitchen and living room have a view of the garden with an interestingly arranged terrace, perfect for relaxing. The other rooms on the ground floor include a vestibule from which we get to a two-car garage with utility rooms, a guest room that can also serve as an office, a bathroom and a boiler room. On the first floor of the house, accessed by wooden stairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one next to the bedroom, the other - accessible from the corridor).
