Riviera 2 house design<\/strong>\u00a0is another version of the popular design\u00a0Riviera<\/strong><\/a>. This is a slightly smaller variant of the house, with similar interior and exterior solutions. The building is there\u00a0double-story<\/a>, with a garage built into the body.\u00a0Riviera 2 house design<\/strong>\u00a0is intended for a family of four or six people. The building was designed in the style of a modern urban villa, with gentle roofs and large glazing. The facades are divided into horizontal strips, and different claddings and colors diversify the wall surfaces. Trademark\u00a0"Riviera 2"<\/strong>\u00a0there are beautiful big windows. Some of them reach from the floor to the ceiling, thanks to which the household members will have a great view of the surrounding garden from the living room. The center of the house is divided into a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. We enter the house through a spacious hall with access to the garage and utility room. Then we go to the hall, connected to the living room and kitchen, which together create a large open space. From the hall there are also: stairs to the first floor, a small bathroom and an additional room (office or guest bedroom). Above the dining room, an open ceiling was left leading to the mezzanine floor, with two-story-high windows overlooking the garden. A representative fireplace and TV wall will decorate the entire house. From the living room we go out to the partially covered terrace and the garden. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, including a parents' apartment in a separate part of the house, with its own bathroom and dressing room. Children's bedrooms have an additional bathroom - located in the hall.
