This is the most current version of the &quot;Excellent&quot; family of houses, resulting from the experience of users of all previous models. During the design process, slight modifications to the external form were introduced, consisting in simplifying certain elements and changing the interior layout in order to increase the functional program.<\/p>\n<p>Despite its short presence in our offer, thanks to the expanded number of rooms and a refreshed image, this variant has already gained many enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>Project advantages:<br \/>\n\u2022 a very attractive design for a family of 4<br \/>\n\u2022 full functional program planned on optimal usable space<br \/>\n\u2022 modern open two-level interior illuminated by large windows<br \/>\n\u2022 on the ground floor: kitchen at the front connected to the pantry \/ open and spacious living area integrating the hall, living room and dining room, giving the impression of much larger space \/ separate guest room also serving as an office \/ transitional wardrobe from the garage \/ comfortable double garage \/ entrance to the building and exit to the terrace covered with balconies<br \/>\n\u2022 in the attic: a kitchenette for work or relaxation on the mezzanine \/ parents&#039;
