Large glazed surfaces perfectly illuminate the spacious living room combined with the dining room, a lot of light also enters the kitchen through the corner window in the front of the building. The sleeping area, separated from the living area, houses three independent rooms, including one with access to the terrace, and two bathrooms. It is also worth paying attention to the two-car garage integrated into the whole project, from which we can go through a large boiler room to the residential part of the building. The layout of the living room and terrace predisposes this house mainly for plots with entrances from the south or west, but it is also an interesting proposition for properties with entrances from the east.
