House Project Hyacinth<\/strong> is a design of a single-story house with an attic, topped with a multi-slope roof, intended for a family of 4-6 people. The architecture of the house is modern and combines a traditional shape with a sloping roof with attractive architectural details. The building's body was planned in a "T" shape - the attic is covered with an "L" roof, and parts of the roof over the garage, entrance platform and terrace are covered with additional flat roofs. The facades feature horizontal strip divisions with various colors and materials. From the bottom we have glazing, then lintels crowning the ground floor and finally an attic with knee walls and a roof. Large windows opening the interior to the garden and wall cladding made of architectural concrete and wood decorate the building. The interior is divided into a living area with an open living room area - a void with a mezzanine in the attic, a utility area - with a garage and utility rooms, and two bedroom areas: on the ground floor, with the parents' bedroom and an additional room, and two or three bedrooms on the attic. The house has a very flexible functional program. It can be used in various ways. You can live only on the ground floor or use the entire interior. The house can "grow" and change along with the needs of its inhabitants. On the ground floor we have a beautiful living room with dining room. The centrally placed lounge furniture is oriented towards the TV wall and the fireplace, which, together with the stairs, decorate the interior. From the living room we go out to the terrace, partially covered with a pergola, with a large arcade. From the front we go to the kitchen with a pantry, open to the living room and the street. To the left of the representative vestibule with a cloakroom, we go to the garage, boiler room and laundry room. In the part behind the stairs there is a parents' apartment with a bedroom open to the terrace, wardrobes and a bathroom, and an additional room - a study or a bedroom. There are additional bedrooms in the attic. The building was designed to be energy-efficient - the materials, insulation and installations used will allow for reasonable operating costs of the building. Hiacynt is undoubtedly a project for people who like modern architecture that stands out from the surrounding bland houses.
