This one-story house with an attic offers an apartment for a family of four with a partially built-in garage on the longest plan among the proposals with an area of 100-110 m2. The living area of the apartment is located at the back of the house, and the entrance and entrance are located at the front. The gas boiler is in the bathroom. Deeper, opposite the stairs, there is a kitchen open to the living room, enlarged by a projection with a corner window that extends the view of the house&#039;s surroundings. The living room consists of a dining and recreation area. Under a gable roof with a ridge parallel to the access road, there are three bedrooms with a bathroom. Each has an original shape: two at the front and the garden thanks to flat-covered dormers with exits to balconies, and the smallest one - thanks to the corner avant-corps window.
