It is an offer for investors who like modern architecture, who do not give up the functionality and comfort of their home. The multi-storey body of the building was covered with a hip roof, and the partially built-in garage was topped with a flat roof. Well-chosen architectural details, interestingly placed windows, wooden and brick cladding on the walls - all this creates an attractive exterior of the house. The interior is an open living area on the ground floor, with a living room, a hall with nicely integrated stairs, a dining room and kitchen, and bedrooms on the first floor of the house. On the ground floor of the Helios house, an additional room has been designed - an office or guest bedroom, and a garage with a boiler room.
