The house has a typical shape, which makes it cheap to build. The project belongs to the category of houses with a ridge located parallel to the road, which is very important when the development conditions require it. The house was designed for free-standing development. The design includes a single-car garage extended to the front. It is also an interesting proposition for people looking for a house with an envelope roof, which is characterized by high resistance to adverse weather conditions. The Nika project is a one-story house, which is especially safe for elderly household members and people with disabilities or with small children. The design of the house is characterized by a spacious living area. An open kitchen is conducive to integration - while preparing a meal, we can take an active part in the conversation with people staying in the living room. The pantry included in the project will make it much easier to keep order. A fireplace located in the living room will make the interior more cozy. The project provides for a comfortable bathroom and a separate toilet, which is especially useful when there are more household members. The night part consists of two bedrooms, therefore the house is suitable for a family of 2-4 people. The space can also be used as a guest room or office. Family meetings on sunny days will be made more pleasant by the terrace provided by the house. The building was designed in brick technology.
