It is designed for a family of 4-6 people. The house is covered with a hipped roof. The design is modern, combining a traditional shape with a sloping roof with an attractive architectural detail. Hyacynt 4 is planned on a T-shaped plan. It is a one-story building with an attic. The distinguishing elements of the building's silhouette are: from the front - a roofed entrance zone with an arcade and wide front doors with transoms, and from the back a corner of the garden terrace. The reinforced concrete frame finished with a pergola is not only a decoration, but also closes the surface of the terrace. The walls of the house were designed on the principle of contrasting white fragments with architectural concrete and wood cladding. Large glazing additionally decorate the facades and open the interior to the surrounding garden. The interior of the house is designed in a similar way to the Hyacinth base design, but is slightly smaller. We enter the house through a nice vestibule with a cloakroom. The hall is connected to the living room and kitchen. Opposite the entrance there are representative stairs. They are connected to the emptiness above the living room and the attic mezzanine. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, access to the terrace, an additional room and a utility area. In this part there is a two-car garage, boiler room and laundry room. In the attic there are three bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. This arrangement of rooms guarantees comfortable living for 5-6 residents.
