The attractive shape of the building consists of two parts, clearly separated from each other by different heights. The first, the residential part, is compact, the second, the utility part, collapses, creating a covered yard at the front. The symbolic center of the residence are the attractive stairs and mezzanine leading to the first floor. The living space is located on the ground floor, where there is a living room open to the dining room and a kitchen, and on the first floor. The second floor was designed so that you can adapt its space to your needs. There may be, for example, an office, two children's bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a parents' bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room. The utility part is a two-level garage with a separate passage, as well as a basement and an attic above the garage.
