The architectural assumption of the HOMEKONCEPT 87 project is characterized by simplicity and functionality. A minimalist-looking block diversify interesting divisions of the façadeobtained with the use of gray plaster and wood. In order for the façade not to be perceived as raw and cold, the architects softened it by using façade wood in monochromatic colors. Characteristic the sloping roof is covered entirely with original diamond panels made of titanium-zinc sheet or slate, which combines naturalness and elegance.
The architects also referred to the ascetic architecture of the project in the interior, using natural materials, such as natural wood, precious stone and subdued, monochromatic colors - from finishing materials to equipment.
Comfortable and functional interior design
The architects used a functional layout based on a compact rectangle, so the design of the HOMEKONCEPT 87 house is economical in operation. Thanks to the perfectly organized layout of the rooms, this small house (slightly over 100 m2) surprises with its spaciousness.
The living area is inscribed in the ground floor space. Main the entrance to the house has been discreetly built-in and roofed - leads to a vestibule with a separate area wardrobewhich opens to a living room with an almost invisible kitchenette. All the elements that make up a convenient division of the daily zone are provided here - a family table and a seating corner with a place for a TV set. Thanks impressive size windows, the living room opens on two sides to the terrace, providing a view of the lounge area and spectacular views of the garden.
The fully open kitchen is adjacent to terrace, which the architects decided to adapt in a very clever way - as its continuation. Practical construction with storage space and a worktop will work especially in the spring and summer season, giving the household members the opportunity to prepare meals outdoors.
Located on the right side of the main entrance bathroom, open staircase leading to the first floor and the adjoining bedroom utility room and storage – both with separate entrances from the garden side. These, in turn, were located right next to it single-car garage, finished with a pergola on one side.
At ground level there is a long, fully covered terrace, surrounding the back facade of the house. It is adjacent to the above-ground terrace with a paved surface, which gives the possibility of any adaptation, e.g. to a swimming pool, relaxation area or a place for barbecue.
The attic was intended for a private zone. They rely on it two twin bedrooms in mirror image, located on opposite sides of the house. They both have separately separate wardrobes and access to outdoor terraceswhich provides the household members with exceptional comfort and a sense of intimacy. It remains for common use bathroom and utility room intended for a boiler room with a laundry room.
