The Zosia 4 house design is a one-story single-family house design without an attic. The project is designed for 4 household members. The usable area of the house is 70.72 m2 (volume 438 m3). The house has a simple body which affects the ease of construction. The whole is crowned with a gable roof with an angle of inclination of 30 degrees. The minimum size of the plot on which the project can be implemented is: 16.76 x 18.91 m.
Zosia 4 architecture
The house has a simple structure, a simple block. Thanks to its economical form and its simplicity, it is easy to build, and therefore inexpensive. At the same time, the house is comfortable thanks to the functionally arranged interior. Zosia 4 house design it is narrow and will fit on a narrower lot. It also has a deep shape, thanks to which the interior of the house is still the original four rooms. The house is covered with a gable roof with an angle of 30 degrees. Above the ground floor there is a wooden beam ceiling and a classic rafter roof structure. Thanks to this, we still have a large attic storage space above the ground floor. Of course, the roof structure can be made of truss trusses as a variant.
Zosia house design 4 interiors
We enter the house through the landing. Behind the entrance door there is a vestibule with a large wardrobe for outerwear. The vestibule connects us with the hall and the living room. On the side of the vestibule there is a boiler room, which in the basic design has a gas boiler. However, it can be freely adapted to a solid fuel boiler room. Next to the boiler room, we have a cozy bathroom for all household members. On the opposite side there are designed children's bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a toilet. From the garden side there is the parents' bedroom and, of course, the living area - a living room with relaxation and a dining table. The dining room is connected to the kitchenette, creating a place conducive to conversations during shared meals. In the middle of the living room we have a fireplace wall on which you can also hang a screen or TV.
Zosia 4 house construction costs
The Zosia 4 house is designed as energy-saving, and the use of modern materials construction, insulation and installation allows you to maintain your home economically. Thanks to the optimal size, the costs of building a house are low. According to the estimates of our cost estimators, the cost of building the project to the closed shell is PLN 78,661 net, and the total turnkey construction costs are PLN 224,859 net. It is possible to adapt the project to the NF 40 standard.
In the finished house project Zosia 4 changes can be made, and the studio attaches a free "Consent to Changes" to each documentation, thanks to which any designer with permissions in Poland can introduce modifications to the project. Additional drawing packages can be ordered for the project, which they extend the functionality of the house, improve the comfort of use of the building or the energy efficiency of the project. These are, for example, a package of a solid fuel boiler house or a photovoltaic installation.
Zosia's house 4 is of course a year-round home, but it can also be a second holiday home. A definite advantage of the Zosia series of houses is their simplicity and functionality, which translates into maximum investment effect obtained for little money.
The house from the outside has a very nice style. The architecture of the house is unpretentious and pleasing to the eye. The building will blend in perfectly with the surroundings, both in the suburbs and in the countryside.
