The Diamond Villa house design, the idea of which was born in the head of one of our clients, such as you. The client called us one day and said: "you have nice single-story houses from the Willa Parkowa or Dom na Parkowa series, but I would like a two-story house, not too large, preferably similar to the Szmaragd project, but with classic architecture and appearance like the Villa Parkowa" – We decided to fulfill the client's request and thus a new project was created: "Diamond Villa", which is a combination of the architectural style of our classic single-story villas and residences, with the function and shape of a small two-story house, suitable for a smaller urban plot. We hope you will like the project. The exterior of the house is an elegant villa with ornate details. The interior is a functional two-story cube, using every square meter of the building. We enter the house through a beautiful decorative door with side transoms into the vestibule, and from there into the hall and living space. The monumentally arched window on the first floor emphasizes the representative character of the front of the house. The whole is complemented by the kitchen window and the parents' bedroom window (with a balcony). Inside, on the ground floor we have a living room, kitchen and dining room, connected to each other. The living room is open to the terrace and garden with wide glazing. From the dining room we go out through sliding doors to the arcade and terrace. Comfortable two-flight stairs are an additional decoration of the interior. On the ground floor we also have a two-car garage and a large boiler room with a technical exit. There are three bedrooms on the first floor: a parents' bedroom with a wardrobe, children's bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, an additional room (study) and a bathroom. The house, despite its small area and compact shape, is very functional. It contains four rooms on the first floor, which is rare for this area, not to mention a double garage. The building will fit on a narrow plot. The house - contrary to appearances - is simple in construction and has a simple shape. The building was designed with energy-saving materials - it will be inexpensive in later operation. The Diamond Villa house design is an excellent proposition for investors who need a two-story house, but dream of beautiful classic architecture and do not want to copy the clichéd "modern two-story" designs.
