Z349 is a one-story house with a gable roof, the entrance and terrace are located in the arcade. It is kept in subdued, neutral colors, the most universal and fashionable recently. The dominant colors are white and graphite. Graphite facade boards, wood and plaster were used to finish the facade. On the garden side, there are floor-length windows, which also provide access to the terrace.
