Orkan house design is a modern and comfortable proposition city villa. It combines the features of a two-story house with a single-story house. The Orkan house design can be implemented on a plot with minimum dimensions: 21.07 x 22.41 m.
Architecture of the Orkan project
Orkan house design has an original form and style. By moving the main two-story core of the building back, we obtained a more fragmented shape of the house, closer to a human scale. He introduced this procedure into the architecture of the project proper proportions and scale. The silhouette of the building was designed by introducing contrasting fragments of light and dark walls. Large window glazing and balcony doors illuminate the interior well. The interior strongly blends with the surrounding garden.
The interior of the Orkan house
The interior of the house includes a convenient layout of rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor. After entering through the main door, there is a large wardrobe for outerwear in the hall. On the ground floor there is an open living area, a hall with beautifully exposed stairs, a kitchen and a rare solution - two additional rooms. Very convenient, two-car garage has a direct connection to the hall and boiler room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The floors are connected by a stair opening with a two-story wall - gallery and an additional void above the dining room with a mezzanine on the first floor. It is worth remembering that the void can be filled by adding another room on the first floor. A separate solution is also very appreciated wardrobe in one of the bedrooms.
