The Eco 23 project is a proposal for a spacious semi-detached house that will fit even on a small plot. Thanks to its compact shape, the building is energy-efficient and cheap to build. Eco 23 looks extremely elegant, while maintaining its cozy character. Spacious and bright interiors and comfortably organized space are a perfect place for a family of 4.
The lower part of the house consists of a spacious kitchenette connected to the living room, the central part of which is a fireplace and a large bathroom. This planned area creates an excellent space for family meetings. On the first floor we planned 4 similarly sized bedrooms with a bathroom.
