The Zefir house project is a single-family, single-storey house with an attic, designed for a family of 4-6 people. The building was designed using a simple structure, covered with a gable roof, without any fancy features or complications that would make the construction more expensive. The architecture of the house is created by contrasting white and graphite walls, framed from above with a graphite roof and from below with a plinth made of dark clinker tiles. This modern, clean and at the same time austere color combination is insulated with wood-colored window frames and wooden roof soffits. The front of the building is decorated with solid, representative entrance doors hidden under the roof of the arcade, and a large kitchen window. The garden elevation is primarily wide balcony doors from the living room to the terrace, and a roof over part of the terrace built on a pergola structure. The entire building is crowned and closed by a gentle two-slope roof. The interior of "Zefir" is divided into a living area on the ground floor, a utility area, and bedrooms in the attic. Despite the small usable area, it was possible to design a spatial opening above the living room and a mezzanine with a view from the attic hall. The interior of the house has thus become very visually attractive, and the living room itself has gained additional height and space. We enter the house through the vestibule with wardrobes directly into the hall, from which a view opens onto the modern stairs and the living room with a mezzanine. The living space is a separate kitchen with a pantry, a living room with a seating corner and a TV and fireplace wall, and a dining room. From the hall we go to an additional room-study. From the vestibule we have access to the garage and boiler room built into the body. In the attic we have a comfortable interior with two large children's bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a separate parents' apartment, with its own wardrobe and bathroom. The interior of the attic can also be easily divided into four bedrooms. The high knee wall allows to minimize bothersome slopes. Zefir has a very simple structure – a rectangular shape, a poured ceiling, a collar gable roof. Everything was designed to simplify construction and rationalize expenses. The building was designed as energy-efficient, with very good insulation and modern installations.
