The Sara Z87 project is a small, single-storey house. A major advantage is its economical, graceful shape with a simple gable roof. By incorporating wooden elements into the elevation, the building has acquired a modern look. The lack of internal load-bearing walls allows for any interior arrangement.
The entrance to the house was located at one of its corners. Cutting out a part of the body created a niche leading to the hallway. A utility room was designed opposite the entrance door. A living room and kitchen were located directly behind the hallway. The living room had space for a table with chairs, a fireplace, and large glazed balcony doors provided light to the interior. Thanks to them, the living room was naturally connected to the terrace, which additionally gave the householders the opportunity to enjoy the charms of the surrounding nature.
The house is exceptionally well-arranged and charmingly modest, it will harmoniously fit into any landscape and type of plot. Perfect for people who value functionality combined with an interesting appearance.
