The Cypisek house design is a proposal for a small single-family house for a family of 3-4 people. Cypisek is a house with a rectangular shape, covered with a gable, symmetrical roof. The simple shape is decorated with interesting details, such as a covered kitchen bay window, a corner entrance arcade with a column, corner bedroom windows, and a garden arcade above the terrace. Tastefully selected, modern materials and colors combined with a traditional shape create a unique effect. The interior of the house is a three-room, comfortable apartment with an additional entrance hall and a boiler room. The living room was enriched with a corner fireplace visible from every corner of the living area and wide glass doors opening the house to the terrace and garden. The unused attic above the ground floor can be easily converted into an additional attic. The studio also has the Cypisek project in a mirror image.
