MatiZ254 is a neat, single-storey house with a gable roof, cheap to build and maintain. The interior layout allows the house to be located on a narrow plot or with a side entrance to the road.
Two comfortable bedrooms with a large bathroom and a spacious living area with a separate kitchen have been planned on a small area. The dividing wall can be removed to create a single-space interior. A place for a handy pantry has been planned by the kitchen. From the living room and the larger bedroom, you can go out to the covered terrace.
The advantage of the project is a relatively large utility room and the lack of structural walls, which allows for almost any interior design.
Simple, light-colored elevations are enhanced by honey-colored wood elements. The entrance area is highlighted by the use of dark, graphite-colored plaster.
