The HOMEKONCEPT 51 house design is a simple structure covered with a gable roof, the shape of which is emphasized by the garage protruding in front of the building. The space above the garage has been arranged as a beautiful and large terrace in the attic. The elevation made of plaster and elevation boards, maintained in subdued colors, harmonizes with the graphite roof tiles, presenting itself classically and elegantly. Numerous large glazings on the garden side provide ideal lighting of the interior with daylight and naturally open the house to the surrounding space. The two partially roofed terraces surrounding the building are worthy of attention - they are an ideal place for spending family free time regardless of weather conditions.
At the design stage of our house with an attic and a two-car garage, additional insulation of the external walls was ensured and it was equipped with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. We are therefore dealing with an energy-efficient house design. An additional advantage of the project is the possibility of construction using DOM 3E technology.
Comfortable and functional interior design
The HOMEKONCEPT 51 single-family house project is characterized by functional interiors designed in the original HOMEKONCEPT style. The focal point of the ground floor is a large living area consisting of a spacious living room with access to the terrace, dining room and open kitchen with a practical peninsula. Directly from the kitchen we can go to a small but extremely practical pantry. The living room and the dining-kitchen area are separated from each other by stairs to the attic. Such a division of the living area allows for comfortable and peaceful relaxation. At the same time, beautifully finished stairs can become an original decoration of the space. Next to the living room there is a cozy office with access to the second terrace, which can also be successfully arranged as a guest room or an additional bedroom. The ground floor also contains the necessary utility rooms: a bathroom, a vestibule with a wardrobe, a double garage and a boiler room accessible from it. On the other hand, the usable attic is the private space of the household. Three comfortable bedrooms await them here. However, one of them was designed as a master bedroom with a private dressing room and bathroom. The attic is complemented by a shared dressing room, a functional bathroom and a large laundry room. The master bedroom has an exit to a spacious terrace above the garage, and one of the smaller bedrooms has an exit to the balcony.
