Malństwo B is a cheap to build house with an attic. It will work great for a 3-5 person family. On the ground floor there is a large boiler room, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and a living room with access to a covered terrace, which has been combined with a dining room and kitchenette, creating an open space. The kitchen also has a small pantry, where you can store homemade preserves. At the entrance there is a spacious vestibule with additional storage space. In the attic there are two rooms, additionally lit by roof windows and a bright bathroom with a shower. The project, in addition to the fireplace in the center of the house, has two versions of heating: gas or solid fuel. If you decide on gas heating, you can make room in the boiler room for a washing machine, dryer and storage of things.
