KamilaZ273 is a compact one-story house with a simple block covered with an envelope roof.
We enter the house from the entrance arcade. In the hall there is a place for a capacious wardrobe. Further, we can get to the left to the representative part or to the right to the private zone of the household. The living area is a comfortable living room with a dining area, a centrally placed fireplace, large glazing and access to a covered terrace. The whole is complemented by an adjustable, comfortable kitchen. In the second part of the house, three similarly sized rooms have been designed. Two bathrooms will increase the comfort of use. A large one with a window, a smaller one, if necessary, can be turned into a wardrobe, pantry or handy storage.
The advantage of the project is the simple construction - only one structural wall inside allows for almost any interior arrangement. The advantage is also one chimney riser, which reduces the cost of implementation.
