Titan 3 house design is another version of the popular design Titanium. It is a project of a single-family, two-story house with a garage partly built into the body of the building. Tytan 3 is designed for 4-6 residents. The total usable area of the house is nearly 150 m2 (volume 940 m3The house is crowned with a multi-hipped roof with an angle of inclination of 25 degrees. The Tytan 3 project can be implemented on a plot with minimum dimensions of 19.64 x 19.60 m.

Importantly, a large wardrobe is planned near the parents' bedroom with a bathroom, which will facilitate the morning toilet. For other residents there is a bathroom located near the stairs. We have an attic above the first floor. The house has a modern but peaceful architecture.

Thanks to well-thought-out architecture and modern building materials, the house is energy-saving. It can be easily adapted to the NF 40 standard. According to the estimates of our cost estimators, the cost of building the Tytan 3 project for the raw state is PLN 171,186 net, and the total cost of building a turnkey house is PLN 410,293.
