EMMA is a single-family residential building with a swimming pool, one-story with an attic, a full basement, and a roof angle of 35°.
The main entrance and exit to the garage are located on the front elevation. There are circular balconies on the front and side elevations; the front balcony is structurally and functionally connected to the main entrance roof.
On the garden side, the building has a spacious arcade separated from the plot space by columns supporting the attic wall. The ground floor of the building contains three functional zones: common use zone (living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry), recreation zone (swimming pool, orangery, sauna), individual use zone (office, guest bedroom). The bathroom is located between the recreation area and the individual use area. The entire ground floor layout is designed as an open space connecting individual zones. Exits to the garden part were designed from the living room and swimming pool rooms. The attic is composed of combined individual use areas (bedrooms) and recreation areas intended for household members, the recreation area is also occasionally available to guests via the stairs leading from the swimming pool room on the ground floor. The attic bedrooms have sanitary facilities consisting of two bathrooms, including one accessible only from the double bedroom. The main communication connection between the ground floor and the attic levels is a fan staircase with irregular step geometry. In the basement there is a four-car garage, a boiler room, a server room (central management of the building equipment systems is planned), utility rooms and technical facilities for the swimming pool. The basement rooms are connected to the vestibule at the main entrance via a staircase.
