A single-family house, detached, one-story, with an attic, partly with a basement, with a garage within the outline of the building. On the ground floor of the building, a single-space living area has been designed, which consists of a living room with an open dining room, connected by stairs with a kitchen and an entrance hall. There is an office at the back of the stairs. The sculpturally treated stairs to the attic are the dominant feature of the living room. The opposite fireplace wall of the living room borders Grandma's room. Grandma's room has its own bathroom. Part of the building at the back of grandma's room has economic functions: a dressing room, a toilet, a storage room and a garage.
In the usable attic, there are three children's bedrooms with dressing rooms and a shared bathroom, a parents' bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room, a TV corner and an additional bathroom with access to the ironing room.
In the basement, a recreation complex has been designed, which consists of: a sauna with a cloakroom and a toilet, a recreation room, a billiard room and a table tennis room. In the basement there is also a typical utility part: a boiler room, a cold cellar, a laundry room and a storage room.
