House Project Viking 5 is an enlarged version of the design from the "Viking" series, with an elongated main body, a larger living room and a void with a mezzanine above the living area. It is a super comfortable house for a family of 4-6 people - modern, functional, with a very attractive silhouette and interior. Viking 5 has been extended compared to the base design, which makes it look more representative and impressive. It is a comfortable, modern villa, with interesting materials and details, as well as beautiful wide glazing opening the interior to the garden. The materials used: roof covering made of sheet metal, wall cladding made of wood or fiber-cement boards, and division of the façade into horizontal strips, give an attractive external appearance of the building. Interior: we enter the house through a glazed open vestibule, directly into the living room, connecting the hall, living room and dining room. In front of us, thanks to the wide windows, there is an immediate view of the garden and terrace. Additionally, the interior is made more attractive by the void above the living room with a mezzanine in the attic. Next to the dining room we have a nice, spacious kitchen with a pantry, and on the other side of the ground floor there is an additional room, a bathroom and utility rooms with a garage. There are three bedrooms in the attic: two children's bedrooms - of equal size, with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom, and the parents' bedroom with two wardrobes and its own bathroom. Some parents are separated from some children - like a bridge - by the void above the living room, mezzanine and laundry room. The house is not the smallest, but it is not a residence of several hundred meters. It was designed for investors who want to live as comfortably and modernly as possible, but do not intend to become slaves of their future home. Everything with limit. The project provides luxurious experiences and fulfills dreams, but at a reasonable price. A mirror image version of the house is also available, a basic version (Viking house design), a smaller version with a single-car garage (Viking 2 house design), without a garage (Viking 3 house design), with a room above the garage (Viking 4 house design). Additionally, the building is energy-efficient and quite easy to build.
