Marsala 2M is another version of a very popular house design with an attic. This building does not have a basement, but it has a two-car garage that has been integrated into the body. The shape of the house is classic. The base was planned on a rectangular plan. A part of the garage was extended beyond its outline. The extension of the garage was used to place a balcony on its roof. The other balcony is on the opposite side of the building. The whole is crowned with a steep gable roof. Its slopes were extended in two places, thanks to which a practical roof was created over the entrance area and over the exit to the terrace. When designing Marsala 2M, special attention was paid to the attractive external appearance, appropriate proportions of the body, good interior lighting and their functional arrangement. The house is distinguished by its simple structure and compact form. It was designed to be energy efficient.
There are several steps to the front door of Marsala 2M. There is a windmill right behind them. This room provides a convenient connection between the garage and the apartment. There is not only a door leading to the hall, but also an entrance to the garage and a passage through the pantry leading to the kitchen. Two cars can be parked comfortably in the garage, there is also space for bicycles or other equipment. A door on the back wall leads to a large boiler room with a gas stove and an exit to the outside. The area of this room allows the use of a boiler for any type of fuel. The boiler room can also be used as a storage place for gardening tools.
The ground floor in the Marsala 2M house is an open daily zone. It is surrounded by a terrace on two sides, with a fireplace in the center. This bright and spacious room is very adjustable and provides excellent conditions for family integration and meetings in a larger group. The kitchen is large and comfortable, complemented by a capacious pantry. Depending on the needs, the kitchen can be closed or remain open. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower cabin.
The attic of the Marsala 2M house is a quiet and functional private zone. It was divided into four adjustable bedrooms, all with access to balconies. In the middle, there is a shared bathroom with a place for a bathtub, a shower cabin and a washing machine.
