HomeKONCEPT 26 it is an extremely tasteful and modern house. It impresses with its shape, façade, room layout and interior design. The combination of concrete slabs, wood and white plaster on the facade gives an extremely elegant impression. It is also impossible not to notice the large terrace with entablature, so characteristic of the designs of our Studio.
We enter the house through an extremely representative entrance covered with entablatures and supported by three classic pillars. When entering the house, we find ourselves in a spacious vestibule. Instead of a wardrobe, our architects designed a dressing room. We can successfully fit outerwear and shoes of the entire family in it. From the dressing room you can go to the two-car garage. Leaving the vestibule, we see a very precise division of the interior into day and night zones. The living area includes a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a small pantry next to the kitchen, an ideal place for storing e.g. food supplies, tableware or small household appliances. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a practical counter - an extension of the countertop. You can arrange it, for example, with bar stools and get an ideal place for a quick morning breakfast. The dining room table was planned along the panoramic window. This provides very good lighting and an interesting arrangement of the place. The living room is spacious and very well lit thanks to large glazing. A comfortable sofa and a fireplace create a perfect atmosphere for evening relaxation.
Opposite the living area there is a private zone for the household members. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a study, a bathroom, a toilet and a dressing room. From each room you can go directly to the terrace and enjoy the view of the garden.
The whole project is complemented by a boiler room with a laundry room and a utility room. You can enter it from the garage and from outside from the garden/terrace. The house is designed to an energy-saving standard. We used appropriately thick insulation of the walls, roof and floor and designed mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
