Design May II - is the 'sister' version of the MAJA project. In the new version, a usable attic has been designed, thanks to which even a family of 5 people can live in this building. It is undoubtedly a home for people who like simple, classic and functional solutions. At the same time, this project has the features of a modern building. Certainly, the observer's attention is drawn to the spreading, gable roof covering the picturesque terrace with a fireplace. The daily zone, accessible from the main hall, includes a large living room (open to the second floor) with access to the terrace, kitchen, public toilet and bathroom. On the ground floor there is also an additional hall leading to the parents' bedroom and a room that can be used as an office or guest bedroom. In the attic there are two bedrooms for other household members and a shared bathroom.
