ColoradoZ461 is a proposal for a single-story house for lovers of architecture combining tradition and modernity.
Two gable structures were connected with a flat, transparent connector. This is how the entrance to the building was emphasized. Each part has a different facade finish. Traditional and timeless materials were used - wood, brick and galvanized sheet metal.
This house with a relatively small area (115 m2!) is perfect for a 2+2 or even 2+3 or larger family. The largest part of the building is a separate night area with four rooms and bathrooms. One room has its own bathroom and is perfect for the parents' bedroom. There is an office in the room next to the hall. This makes it possible to arrange an entrance directly from the hall. The rest of the house is a living area open to the garden. The kitchen has a functional pantry and a horizontal window illuminating the worktop. The interesting layout of the living room and dining room allows for a modern interior design of the living area.
