In this project, in favor of an additional bedroom on the ground floor, we gave up locating the garage in the body of the house. Thanks to this solution, in the house with bay 05 you will find as many as 4 bedrooms and a living room open to the truss. The interestingly shaped plan of the building creates an opportunity for an extremely impressive layout of the external part. The titular alcove with a terrace is an ideal place to relax with a book, while the large covered terrace located next to the two-story living room window is conducive to spending time with the family. The roof connecting the residential part of the house with the garage creates an intimate outdoor space. It is worth adding that the location of the garage in relation to the house allows you to choose the direction of entry, which adapts the house with bay 05 to various plots.
