Universal 1 house design is a one-story building that can be erected on narrow plots. The minimum width of our area must be only 17.1 m. A modern façade, fashionable glazing and practical usable area (98.4 m²) make up an appreciated and willingly chosen project. There is no garage in the building.
House design for four people
On the ground floor of the Universal 1 project, an interior divided into a night and a day part has been planned. We enter the house through a vestibule with space for a wardrobe. A small boiler room was designed next to it. Then we find ourselves in communication, from where we can go to the bathroom, bedroom (or office or guest room, it all depends on our arrangement preferences) or a large living room (26.00 m²) with access to a covered terrace. Next to the mentioned room/office (11.30 m²) there is a kitchen and another room (11.10 m²). The location of the bedroom, which can be arranged with children in mind, in the opposite part of the house from the hosts' room, is a special option for investors with older children who may need their own space and privacy.
So what does the layout of the rooms on the other side of the house look like? From the living room you can enter the largest room (14.10 m²), which has a separate bathroom (5.00 m²). Thanks to such solutions, it is a unique house for even a family of four.
Project with exemplary interior arrangements
Unique interior arrangements allow us to be inspired when choosing materials, furniture and colors for our home. The attached photos will prove useful not only as inspiration, but also to imagine the area of specific rooms and the location of numerous glazing in the Universal 1 project. It is worth paying attention to the original colors, modern style and its consistency with the facade of the building.
This project will perfectly fit into the urban surroundings, it is also a modern and timeless solution. We recommend it to young investors who start a family, but also to people with adult children who care about a moment of privacy, as well as common rest on the covered terrace – regardless of the weather.
