The Wąski house design is a single-family, single-story house for a family of 4-5 people, intended for a narrow plot, or a plot with a garden on the side - due to its position in relation to the sun. The Wąski house design has a quite simple shape, organized on a rectangular plan, covered with a hipped roof with small additions. The architecture of the house is modern. Thanks to large glazing, an aesthetically attractive building was obtained. The entrance to the house was accentuated with an arcade and a representative entrance door. The side and rear elevations have the largest glazing in the living area, making the terrace an ideal extension of the living room. The massive roof over the entire ground floor gives the building style and elegance. Details such as the corner longitudinal kitchen window designed between the kitchen cabinets emphasize the modern style. We enter the house through a spacious arcade to a comfortable hall with a cloakroom, and then to the large open living space connected to the hall, living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen with a pantry is partially separated from the rest of the house by a wall with built-in furniture. In the living room we have a TV and fireplace wall with a central three-sided fireplace and beautiful glazing opening the interior to the terrace. Going deeper into the interior, there is a corridor from which we go to three bedrooms, including two children's bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom, and a separate parents' apartment with its own bathroom and dressing room. From the vestibule we go to the garage and utility part, with a double garage and a large boiler room. The house is very comfortable on the ground floor, and you can also use the attic in it by making stairs, which are optionally provided from the hall next to the toilet. The attic is a reserve of additional approximately 40 m2 of space, which can be used as an attic - warehouse, and it can also be adapted into an additional living space - for example, with two extra rooms.
