Albert APS 401 is a modern, functional one-story house with a double garage, designed for a family of 4. The entrance to the house, covered with an arcade, leads to a vestibule with space for a wardrobe.
The living part of the house consists of a comfortable kitchen with a window on the front side of the house and a spacious living room with a dining and seating area.
Wide terrace doors optically enlarge the living room and dining room. The terrace is covered with a large arcade, which protects against the sun and rain. In the living room, a fireplace can help heat the house in the colder seasons.
Design bedroom area Albert APS 401 was clearly separated from the rest of the house to ensure privacy for the household. In this part of the house, three rooms have been designed, including a double bedroom with a dressing room and its own bathroom, and two smaller bedrooms. Next to them there is a large shared bathroom, laundry room, toilet and space for capacious wardrobes.
