Amika

Amika is a small single-storey house project that meets the needs of a 3-person family. The simple shape of the building has gained a modern character thanks to the unconventional style of the exterior finish, combined with a flat roof. The optimal layout of the rooms has been divided into day and night zones. The day zone includes a spacious living room with a dining room and an open kitchen with a pantry. The kitchen is distinguished by a long worktop and a practical breakfast bar. The living room also has an exit to a partially covered terrace. The night part has two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have space for wall construction, a place to rest and study and an exit to a spacious terrace. The project also includes a boiler room with an entrance from the vestibule, which has been adapted for two types of heating: gas and solid fuel, to be chosen by the owner of the house.
